Pat Randerson - Owner

Pat started Randerson Heating & Cooling in 2003 out of his garage. His family was a great asset in helping him start his business. His mom was the secretary, his dad helped with ductwork installation, and his brother handled billing & taxes. He is very grateful for his family's love and support. His first group of customers were people he met through past business experiences. His business grew from there by word of mouth. His business mainly served the residential side at first but now has greatly expanded into the commercial side as well. Pat believes in being up front and honest with each customer. His approach with customers has made his business very successful. He was able to expand to a second shop in 2008. Pat has a hard working and dedicated team. Pat thanks his team and customers for their loyalty and dedication for making his business a success.

Chris Hoffmann - Co-Owner

Chris started at Randerson Heating & Cooling in 2004. He was brought in to take charge of the commercial side of the business. He also heads up solar heating, in-floor heating and geothermal heating and cooling. He has been a great asset to the company with the knowledge he brings from past experiences and education. He is very customer orientated and works to give the best option for them. He appreciates all the customers that have helped make the business grow.

Chris Hoffmann brings over twelve years experience in installation, design, and service. Half way through his Pre-Vet degree at UWRF, he realized his heart was still in construction. Chris’ strong analytical skills are utilized in load calculations, return on investment calculations, and economic comparisons of various heat/cooling devices in both commercial and custom residential applications. During the past five years Chris has been intricately involved in the incorporation of alternative heating and cooling systems. Chris currently takes the reign for commercial installation, solar thermal heating, geothermal heating and cooling, In-floor heating, refrigeration, and custom home designs. Chris is one of the primary service technicians at Randerson Heating and Cooling. Some of Chris’ accomplishments include: HVAC QUALIFIER 2004 (1 of 351 licenses from the state of WI) and Focus On Energy’s Full Service Solar Domestic Hot Water Full Installer list. Chris was married this spring and has balanced starting a family along with the overwhelming complexities of his work load. He is the oldest of seven children with strong family values. Chris is currently positioning himself to become NABCEP certified and obtaining WI design stamp. In Chris’ personal time he enjoys hunting. Chris gave up his joy of snowmobiling several years ago due to lack of snow and time. Chris strives to provide the best customer satisfaction on all projects he is involved in.

Kelly Berken - Bookkeeper/Secretary

Kelly is an important member of our staff and works hard to handle the paperwork that comes with running the business. Kelly is the smiling face you hear when you call or visit us.
